Orange Chicken

I haven't tried this because Dearest doesn't dig Asian food... but it sounds GOOD!

1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
2 lbs. chicken pieces
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup butter, melted
6 oz. water
16-oz can frozen OJ concentrate
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 TBS corn starch

In a zip top bag, combine flour, pepper & salt.
Add chicken and toss to coat well.
Brown chicken in oil.
Place chicken in a 9 X 13 baking dish.
Add onion.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
