Homemade Flour Tortillas

3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup shortening
1 cup water

Mix together dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening.
Add water a little at a time.
Pull off by handfuls, roll out flat, and cook on a dry, hot griddle.
